Our team has recently become  very concerned about the future of independently owned pharmacies. PBMs, mail order pharmacies and big box stores are stealing your patients at record rates. One of the main things pharmacies have left to defend themselves against this is customer service. This customer service is offered by the best group of employees any industry has to offer.
